- Answer To turn the vac on, you turn the little wheel to the first or second level (if you want bristles moving or just suction). You do not hold down a button.

QuestionI can't get the filter out to clean it. HELP! And the roller does not "roll" Not happy

- Answer Did you keep your owner's manual? All the directions for removing the filter are in it. I did find a little confusing the first time, but once you figure it out, you'll be fine. Regarding the roller, are you turning the control wheel all the way down? I didn't realize at first that there were two different control options. I hope this helps and didn't sound condescending. QuestionI loved my lynx but recently when the dirt has been vacuumed up the dirt is not entering the dirt cup. If there is clogged dirt stopping the just vacuumed dirt from entering the cup how do I remove it?

- Answer Yes it does. My old Linx is a 50010 and my new one a 50020 and they both have battery #44139. Not sure about the 50015 though.
