- Answer This will depend on your speed and the size of the area u r cleaning and how dirty that areas surface is. Nevertheless, I have three bathrooms and at least 1500square feet of hard surfaces to clean. Initially I had to charge my battery in order to get the job done but I learned jus to move faster and I can clean them jus with one charge . 30-40 minutes is the max with eco and max cleaning settings. I switch back and forth between the two

QuestionI would not recommend anyone buying this. Leaves more water on the floor even when not using the solution. Buy a 10 mop. You'll be so happy with that

- Answer I would completely recommend it !! It works smoothly and efficiently. I love the power setting it comes with and charging the battery is super practical. The vacuum is actually pretty quiet compare to other vacuums I’ve tried in the past, so it’s great if you want to clean without disturbing anyone.

QuestionDoes the roller brush on this machine actually scrub the grout? Or is it just a soft roller with no bristles?

- Answer So far it has not cleaned my grout. The brushes are soft and don’t scrub, so you will need a different product for that. But it gets stains up off the floor very well!

QuestionWhy doesn’t my machine pickup the water right away when I pull it back? It always leaves dirty water on the floor when the clean water starts to get low. My machine is new, only used it a couple of time..

- Answer While the FloorMate Jet constantly suctions up the water, a lot of water can be difficult to pick up in one pass. We recommend passing over the area as needed without using the solution trigger to suction up all the access water. QuestionI assume this ONEPWR FloorMate has lower suction hose between the power head and the dirty water tank. Is it more durable/flexible than the lower hose in my current FloorMate Deluxe FH40160? The hose has broken twice and is no longer available.

QuestionI use this one time and it works great. When I go to use it again the suction will not work so I put it away and use again in a couple of days when filter is completely dry. It will work again but only for the first time.

- Answer Take the filter out when you mop. Filter has to be completely dry. Only use the filter when you are using the vacuum, not the mop.
