How do I engage the hose cleaning accessories ?? null

If you look on the back of the vacuum cleaner, down towards the bottom--you will see the hose loop around into a plastic pipe-like fitting. To use an attachment, press down on the silver switch on the pipe assembly that the hose goes into an while doing so--pull up on the hose end. This will release the hose out of the pipe and you can then attach the extra tools to the end that you took out so all of the suction is at your disposal. See illustrations below (they uploaded in wrong order but are marked 1 and 2)

Hi! To use your accessories and hose. If standing behind the cleaner to your right hand side you will see the hose in a holster. On the holster there will be a gray button. Simply push the gray button and the hose will release. Attach your tool, power the cleaner on and all the suction will be in the hose. Hope this helps! -Giselle Hoover Customer Care
