For this carpet cleaner there's only a crevice tool and upholstery tool included, but the one on Amazon includes the crevice tool, upholstery tool, stair tool, spinscrub powered hand tool, 8' hose and mesh storage bag. I checked the number and they're the exact same carpet cleaner, so does the one here on Best Buy not come with all those extras like the one on Amazon?”

• Mine came with all of the above mentioned accessories in the mesh bag. I've never used them, but they are included with the model I purchased in store.

• The one I purchased had all of the accessories you listed. I was actually surprised myself considering the sparse list online. All accessories pack in a mesh bag for convenient storage.
