Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had that happened to me with 1 st one I had. Cleaned brushes and filters to no avail. Had to replace it. The one I have now working perfect. Suggest warranty exchange
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have not experienced that yet since I just bought my and hav only used it once. I tried to remove the brush roller and it’s a little harder to come out compared to my last machine but still trying. Maybe remove the brushes and put it back correctly and also try it on without the brushes and see what happens if it does spin.
