- Answer Contact Uber there should be a thing on your device You just go to www.hoover.com and it'll just ask you a few simple questions and then you just have to cut the cord give them the model information but you have to register it on the website They have a 2-year warranty on all their devices I just did this with mine that will replace it

QuestionMy ? regards to Hoover Power scrub. When I used straight cleaning solution, (in the solution tank), I had excessive suds. What do you recommend for a dilution measurement? The bottle says 2oz/gal.

- Answer Hello Steve, The recommendation given of 2oz./Gal. is accurate and it can actually go up to 3 oz./Gal. Question1) After cleaning is done, how difficult it is to clean the brush? I read somewhere that you need to use screwdriver to loosen screws to take the brush out, is this true? 2) For this model, does the water tank tend to leak more than other models?

QuestionI am on the fence on whether to purchase this carpet cleaner or not. Money is always tight so I definitely don't want to waste $ or end up stuck with a product I'm unhappy with! If I purchase this and it doesn't clean as I expect, can I return it?

Questionhow much detergent are you supposed to put in ? Not the whole bottle Im thinking. I see that people used other mixtures but Im still not sure how much to use .

- Answer You fill the solution compartment with soap, and the Water compartment with hot water, and it dispenses by itself. Also put a couple table spoons of Table salt in the Dirty Water receiver to keep the suds down. Salt is a lot cheaper than the defoamer solution.
