- Answer Hi Doug, Oh no, that doesn’t sound too good. We want to help. This sounds like something our service technicians may need to take a look at. Your model has a limited manufacturer’s warranty that covers any manufacturing defects at no cost to you. In order for any warranty work to be completed, a copy of the receipt must be provided to the designated service center at time the product is taken in for service. Retailers may be able to reproduce a copy of your proof of purchase.

QuestionWhy are the rotating brushes that scrub the carpet so soft? I was at the store today and I looked at some other brands and they had the traditional roller type brushes that were much stiffer. It seems like stiffer would force itself deeper into the carpet

- Answer There's no bare floor cleaning attachment NEEDED to be purchased for this model. It comes with everything needed to do both carpets and bare floors in the box. The only thing you need to purchase is the different types of solutions.

QuestionHow it can be fixed if it starts leaking from bottom when it just plugs the full water tank?

- Answer The tank has 2 little pieces that must get in before the whole tank and help to secure it to the bottom. If it is leaking even attaching correctly check under the tank where it attaches to the base to see if there is anything interrupting. Last resource you better use the warranty and replace the whole machine.
