QuestionHave a power path pro advanced carpet cleaner have not used but 3 times and it is not sucking the dirty water up

- Answer A few quick solutions, check to see that the float in the Dirty Water Tank is not locked. It should float freely and when it doesn't the machine thinks the tank is full. Next, it sounds simple but this can happen if there is too much water in the Dirty Water Tank. Just empty it and try again. Last, ever though you've only used it a couple times, the suction is strong and can pull a lot of debris out of the carpet, it sounds like there could be a clog in the nozzle or filter. Check in the nozzle for clogs and the nozzle inlet for tangled hair. If non of these quick solution work, please contact us at 1.800.944.9200 so we can better help solve with problem with you. QuestionFH50251 versus FH50258. It looks like FH50258 has the Heatforce option but the FH50251 does not. Is this correct?

- Answer It does suck up a lot of the water. I do one wash pass and then one just vacuum pass afterwards. It’ll be fully dry the next day

- Answer A little tip. Even if you live without pets you can use the Pet shampoo. In another review they recommend it because it helps to control odors even those different than the pet ones.

- Answer As for cleaning grout from hard floors, I don’t think this machine would do too well. Even at its lowest floor setting it doesn’t seem to scrub bare floors much. It’s made more for carpets than for hard or bare floors

QuestionI have one room with berber carpet and only cleaned it once to give it a try. As the manual stated it was a bit hard on it. Can I use the cleaner without the brushes for this room.?

- Answer Hi Bubba! First, attach one end of the hose to the front of the nozzle base by opening the round clear hose door. Then, attach the upholstery tool to the other end of the hose then power cleaner on and you're ready to go!
