Hi Nina, This unit can clean both tile and grout, but depending on build up levels, more than one cleaning may be necessary. Thank you! The Hoover Team
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For floor areas which have dried-up food or other stains, you should presoak the area before using the cleaner on it. As far as cleaning the grout and tile, push and pull the cleaner back and forth until you find the right combination for cleaning. All stains are not equal in cleaning. The presoak can be the same liquid used in the cleaner. Be aware if you use two different cleaners, you may get some kind of chemical reaction which is not good to inhale and the floor may become discolored if the chemicals are harsh.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Grout I really can’t see much of a difference but it cleans tile very good. You can wet a paper towel and wipe the floor and it will come up clean
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It work great for me I have to use it everyday ☺️
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use this on my textured tile, my tile is textured a little like fine sand, and it does a pretty good job. For smooth tile, i would think it is awesome. I really don't think it has enough power to really get in there and scrub grout, but can certainly get surface stuff off. Overall I am happy with the cleaner, as my floor's texture tends to tear up sponge mops and it is a whole lot quicker and easier to use. Best thing I have found without spending over $500 for a more commercial floor scrubber.
