QuestionMy hoover smartwash+ cover (goes over the brushes) broke within a month of owning it. I can no longer glue the tabs on. Who thinks these two small tabs were a good idea??? I cannot buy a replacement because I can't find it anywhere.

QuestionMy smartwash puts solution out but will not suck up the water

- Answer Hello Shari, We can recommend the following troubleshoot: Turn off your SmartWash and empty the Dirty Water Tank. Ensure the Nozzle Cover is attached properly and in the locked position, then check that the Dirty Water Tank is attached properly. Lastly, clear the Debris Filter and rinse it. QuestionI've used my machine 3 times in my apartment, each time in a small area. Went to use it today and now it will not turn on, am I missing something? the electric socket is good, I've taken off and have put back on each tank, anyone know why?

QuestionWhen using it in regular floor mode (not using the hand attachment) it is not sending solution to the carpet...it stays dry. However when I use the hand attachment it sprays fine. How can I fix this?

QuestionI noticed that one of the rear wheels is having some trouble turning, so after I cleaned it out i turned it over to try to find where to clean it or tighten the wheel and it’s all blocked off and covered. Any suggestions?

- Answer After cleaning mine for the first time and putting the brushes back on, I realized one brush is a little longer than the other. Try switching the brushes.

- Answer Mine dripped onto the floor and bubbled our laminate. I see now that someone from hoover responded by saying you're supposed to run it a minute after using. I wish I'd have known that, I didn't read that in the manual and I've never had to do that with a carpet cleaner in past. Now my floor looks terrible!

- Answer I think you're using too much soap but I guess it depends on how much traffic you have and size of your rooms. I have minimal traffic and can do 3 rooms on 2 fills of the soap bottle on the machine. Carpets are visibly clean and smell great. The soap I use is Hoover Expert Pet.
