- Answer Hey JB, Thank you for your question! The Hoover - SmartWash + Upright Deep should work great for your setup! SmartWash has FlexForce™ PowerBrushes that gently remove deep dirt, debris and pet messes from carpets is good for short pile carpets, while it still gets deep into long pile carpets. However, shag carpet with any carpet washer can get matted down and twisted by the brushes. If this happens you may need an alternate method to clean your carpet such as a steam cleaner without revolving brushes. Thanks, Joseph- The Hoover Team

QuestionI have water that seeps in one corner of my basement every spring melt. I need this to withdraw the water from the carpet only to dump, at first. What’s tank size? does it allow me to just withdraw ? Then I shampoo after it’s done for the season.

- Answer Yes, there is a black bag that is for storage of all the component pieces: hose, stair attachment, etc. There is also a hook on the bag that allows you to hang it neatly on the machine when storing.

QuestionI would like to know where I can get the o-rings that go around the spray nozzle assembly in the accessory hose. There are 3 of them and they are clear and very soft. They must be the exact size or nozzle spray won't work correctly.
