If you are experiencing loss of suction, we recommend you turn off your SmartWash and empty the Dirty Water Tank. Ensure the Nozzle Cover is attached properly and in the locked position, then check that the Dirty Water Tank is attached properly. Lastly, clear the Debris Filter and rinse it.
