“Ball for dirty water receptacle keeps popping up After 2 or 3 swipes with the machine, the plastic ball pops up and you have to stop, remove the lid from the receptacle, and manually push it down. If you bump anything, it does the same thing. This is very frustrating and irritating especially when you're trying to do a complete room. Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening?”

I let some one used my hoover carpet cleaner and there took the yellow float disk out of my water tank can I order one

To clean the filter simply rinse it under running water. Also, be sure you are using the recommended amount of solution in your SteamVac. If your solution is 2X concentrated, dilute it with water.
