- Answer Hi Carol! The T-Series WindTunnel can be used on hard floor surfaces including hardwood floors. The brushroll on this model will continue to spin on bare floors. For best performance on bare floors, we recommend a vacuum with a brushroll on/off option. Hope this helps! ~Kenya, Hoover Customer Care

- Answer Hi Michael! The WindTunnel T-Series has a primary filter that can be rinsed with water. We suggesting rinsing this filter at least once a month and allowing it to air dry completely for 24 hours before using. Hope this helps! -Karissa, Hoover Customer Care
