• No it’s not, but it does have two little hooks behind it, which you can use to wrap the power cord.

• On this model it is not an automatic rewind. Its the old 2 pegs and wind it up yourself style.

• It does not offer a cord winder to retract, but it has easy access posts on the back to manually reel it on

• Hey George, Thank you for your question! The Hoover WindTunnel 2 High Capacity Pet Bagless Upright Vacuum does have a rewindable cord! You can return the cord for storage with a convenient cord release pedal that will rewind the cord when pressed down. With any rewindable cord, be sure to hold the plug when rewinding.
