• My vacuum cleaner was also extremely loud & I also thought something was wrong so I talked to several people & asked them to listen to it. They all said it sounded normal being that loud☹️

• It should not be load. Return it or contact the number on the sticker. Mine did the same, there seems to be an issue with the beater bar housing.

• Mine is loud from that area as well. The noise isn’t the motor on mine, something from the brush roller area is very loud.

• I just reviewed mine and forgot to mention how loud it is my dogs run and hide it is very loud. I don't like how loud it is and how hard to clean the inside of the top part where the filter is located.
