“the stair cleaning attachment doesnt go around. I have it in the down position the hose is not blocked...cannot find the problem”

• The stair cleaner isn't powered. The wheel only turns due to suction in the hose. This is a letdown, and i imagine the cosmetic "spinning wheel" actually reduces suction on the carpet.

• I had the same problem with another hoover..I took the brush out...you could have something wrapped around the end of the spool...I did this twice ..then returned item...I think it's the tool itself...

• The stair tool brush is powered by the suction of the vacuum motor. Don't press down very hard and the brush will work.

• I had that same problem twice..had to return item to store...luckily I purchased a 4 year warrenty....

• You probably have a clog or string wrapped up inside the rollers or brushes. Need to open up the attachment and clean it out.
