Questionthe vac stopped while I was vaccumning. I got most of the dust out of the filter. how do i get it to start again.l is there a reset button?

- Answer No reset button. You must wait for the motor to cool down and reset itself. You should also clean the filter or it will overheat again.

QuestionWhy is it hard to push around on carpet? Is it only for me or does anyone experience difficulty pushing around this vacuum on a carpet?

- Answer The Hoover has an automatic height adjustment. I have found that if you have a very thick, even tall carpet, it is difficult to push the vacuum. i have also found it a little bit more laboring to push on short to medium nap carpets. But I am getting use to it, I like the way it performs.
