power cord is about 25 or 30 feet. It has a nice cord rewind. Works great so far. If I had to guess, this vacuum is a little quieter than our old vacuum. Not that loud.

Please try again later.The power cord does rewind on its own, there is a button on the left side of the vacuum that you press when you want the cord to rewind and it does so automatically. I found the vacuum to actually be quiet compared to my previous vacuum, my cats didn't even run away when I turned it on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is louder than my Dyson. It 's not as loud as my carpet cleaning machine but it is close. If you are sensitive to noise, I am, I'd advise using earplugs. The cord retracts but after a few uses I now have to force feed it into the reel.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't measured the chord but personally I feel it is an acceptable length. The vacuum has an auto rewind but after a few uses it got weak so now I have to help it along into the storage area. It's not whisper quiet but my first surprise impression was at just how quiet it was.
