I fixed mine easily. The tube will actually screw back in to the end piece which has come off. Notice how the interior of the end piece is threaded. You need to stretch the tubing so that it's crinkles are as far apart as the threads on the inside of the end piece you are trying to attach. So no shoving or stuffing necessary. Stretch the tubing just right and then screw it into the end piece. (Easily fixed, but I will never buy another Hoover product as it's obvious they design for "planned obsolescence." Disgusting.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi! No need to run out and replace your Air. Unfortunately there is no way to reconnect those hoses. Give our Customer Care Dept a call at 800-944-9200 so that we can better assist you with this. We'll make this right.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The tube is tricky, it has to be actually latched on to both the extended handle (after its removed fromt he main vacuum) and then again to the bottom of the vacuum. Hope this helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine kinda screws back in (twist the hose while pushing). It doesn't last forever, but at least until I am done vacuuming.
