• Hi Hal! If the belt seems loose, it may need to be replaced. Also, if your WindTunnel Anniversary Edition's brushes aren't spinning, it may be that the floor mode is set to hard floors. If it is set on Hard floors, the brushes will not spin. Hope this helps! -Michael, Hoover Customer Care

• Not sure what you mean. Our vacuum has never had that trouble. Be sure it is set to the carpet setting and not the bare floor setting.

• You can't. You have to replace the belt if it's stretched
