QuestionAre ALL the wheels on this model rubber coated to some degree? Is the brushroll gentle on all types of floors? I have polished concrete floors and it is a pain in the neck to find a vacuum that will not scratch them.

- Answer Hi Laura! Yes, the wheel are coated with rubber so they are soft on hard floors. As for the brush, the unit is designed for a brush roll shut off feature so you only get the suction action on more delicate hard floors. Hope this helps! -Michael, Hoover Customer Care

QuestionI have new true soft very dense carpet and my dyson cannot be pushed on it. I too am looking for the right vacuum but do not want to pay hundreds since this is for 2 bedrooms..suggestions?

- Answer The Hoover WindTunnel MAX Upright Vacuum uses the Final Filter (902418001) and the Secondary Filter (902417001). Both filters are able to be washed and reused by hand washing it in cold water and letting the filter air dry for 24 hours.

- Answer Hi! The Hepa filter is not washable. To clean the Hepa filter simply tap it against the inside of a wastebasket. You may also brush it off with the dusting brush accessory that came with your vacuum. Hope this helps! ~Kenya, Hoover Customer Care
