A:Answer No, not easily. There is no keyed power button. You have to use a bike lock. The problem is the when Best Buy gave me a new Alpha, after the first one broke, it is a little bit different. The older model Hover 1 Alpha I could run my bike lock through the front wheel. Now the Hover 1 Alpha they gave me as replacement has some type of shotty looking hubcap on the front wheel so there is literally nowhere it put a lock on the scooter. I have to use a cable lock and run it through between the rear wheel and frame, which is is VERY annoying and insecure. Also, many cables simply won't fit through the only place you could possibly use it correctly.
