• A:Answer Chances are it never charged to 100%. That was the case with ours and now both Hover-1 and Best Buy wont rectify. Stuck with a faulty product.

Q: QuestionI got this Hoverboard yesterday and found the motor makes some (vrrrring) sound which is unusual and also it vibrates when riding. I have a Superfly model which is very smooth and thought the same with this one. Has anyone had this issue?
