Tires are available on Amazon. They sell a solid tire that doesn’t use air so you don't get a flat. To take the wheel off, there are plastic covers hiding the hardware that attaches the wheel. Remove the plastic covers to take the wheel off. I hope your scooter is a good one. I have had to return two of them because of defects.
