A:AnswerYou’re only supposed to use two at a time. The others are extra. I’m having the same trouble as you. This is a terrible product. I bought a cheaper version of this product from a different company years ago. I never had this problem with the Velcro straps. Garbage.

I had to return 2 Hover brand products in the same Christmas season because they have no after sale service nor access to parts.
Hover's business model is based purely on quantity sold and not quality.
They obviously do not care about having a happy long term customer...
Only sell to as many suckers as they can.
