QuestionWhen I attach buggy to hover 1 blast it takes off , I’ve loosened straps and nothing seems to help , won’t let you turn it off attached because it’s trying to move any thoughts?

- Answer We have had this issue also. We just loosened the straps to lift the buggy up high enough to turn of the unit.

QuestionI am using 2 of the four straps that came with the Raptor. Am I supposed to use all 4, or are two of them for future use? Currently, the two straps keep coming undone.

- Answer You’re only supposed to use two at a time. The others are extra. I’m having the same trouble as you. This is a terrible product. I bought a cheaper version of this product from a different company years ago. I never had this problem with the Velcro straps. Garbage.

- Answer We have the Swagtron. It fits but the Velcro straps are garbage and constantly fall off. Do not buy!

- Answer You don't. Return it to the retailer, and forget about this brand Hover. I had to return 2 Hover brand products in the same Christmas season because they have no after sale service nor access to parts. Hover's business model is based purely on quantity sold and not quality. They obviously do not care about having a happy long term customer... Only sell to as many suckers as they can.
