Then turn on your printer's wireless feature and find it via the laptops Settings-Devices-Download Printer feature. Another way is to connect your printer directly to your laptop and let it find and connect.

Plug the external drive into the laptop's usb port, let the system find and download the drivers and you're ready to go. An option would be to go to the external drive's website, find the drivers and support program and download that first.
