- Answer Although it is cheaper (at the time of this post) to buy the version packaged with the Keyboard already included - HP does offer just the keyboard on their web site under the product name HP Tablet Keyboard Product # 4T3K6AA#ABA

QuestionI'm having a hard time finding a tablet cover and screen protector for this tablet. We just purchased it and now can't find the accessories - never thought that'd be a problem. Would love some help!

- Answer Try going directly to HP. I was able to purchase the keyboard from them and I believe that they had other accessories available.

- Answer Yes but once you take it out of s mode there is no going back. I took mine out of s mode to download apps I specifically needed and all works well

QuestionWhat is the weight of the tablet only? Best Buy says in specs 23.6 ozs. BB sells the tablet with a keyboard and it's 23.6 ozs as well.

- Answer Hi Rayon, thank you for asking. The HP 11m-be0013dx tablet by itself ways 1.32 pounds. (The soft cover with kickstand weighs 1.02 pounds).

QuestionIs this real or fake because hp doesn't make tablets. No where on there website do they show any type of tablet. Only laptops and desktops. Seems fishy like this is a Chinese tablet with hp stamped on it.

- Answer This is a PC similar to a Surface using Windows 11 as the OS. HP makes 2 in 1 touchscreen PCs often purchased for businesses which are technically Tablets I guess. This model would be like a touch screen PC Laptop minus the Keyboard (unless purchased or bundled together.)

QuestionIs there a USB hub so that I can connect a device via USB A and charge this using the USB C port? Just bought it and realized it only had one port and not a dc charger.

- Answer You need to buy hub that lets you charge the tablet and have other port like usb-A, hdmi and others

- Answer Hello, this device is meant for minimal multitasking and lightweight work. If you are looking for a device which can do multitasking and future proof for additional features it is recommended to look into the Intel Core series beginning with the i3 and stepping up to the i5, i7, or i9 series which gives you more processing power, speed, and multitasking ability. - Answer I don't have this newer version of windows but in all other versions you could select the program and tell windows to run it in compatible mode, in prior versions you can even tell it run in win 8 or other version mode. This is what you need to search for in windows 11. I assume you also will more than likely have to take it out os S mode

- Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. Fortunately, there is a version of AutoCad Mobile that's in the store.

- Answer It depends on the items you installing, for example when you get a bestbuy tv, or a game console or a phone , bestbuy always gives you a manual that comes with your product , that makes it easier to install and use the product without having issues at all , use bestbuy, make your house hold ok

- Answer The warrany covers defective parts and the labor to replace them-so if the keyboard stops working for no apparent reason, that would be covered. Spill and drops arent covered, so if you dump water on it or drop it and break the screen, those things are not covered.
