Yes. This Chromebook, like most chromebooks already have the Google play store built in. It will also run most Linux instances as well with Google play store.

If not, Go to Settings, scroll down to Apps and look for Google Play Store. If the option is available but disabled, click on it and toggle the switch to turn it on. You can also use the search keyboard shortcut with the magnifying glass icon.
