Can this run GTA 5 smoothly null

No, its to underpowered. Remember it has a intel dual core celeron and 4GB of LP DDR4 ram which isnt even capable of playing GTA IV

Because this is a Chromebook, it can only download and run apps that are in the Google Play Store. I'm not seeing GTA 5 as one of the available apps, so it doesn't appear that you can run it.
