Can it play Minecraft java edition and garry’s mod? null

This computer will support Minecraft on the lower graphic settings, but will still have issues in some places such as the nether, or in large builds with lots of entities (item frames, chests, etc) I am unsure on Garry's mod, but based on the look of the graphics that it can produce, id say it may run on low settings, but more than likely will be choppy especially if you are in heavily populated areas (items/people/etc).

Hi, thank you for the question. Unfortunately, the HP 14-dk1013dx laptop can not run games because it does not have a dedicated graphics card.
