• This is a question for your business. Most companies lock out users from unauthorized remote access to their office machine, so only the business can open the door to this feature.

• Hi Nancy! Thanks for the question. As I understand it, once GoToMyPC is set up on your host Mac or PC, you can access it immediately from almost any other Mac, Windows PC or mobile device that is connected to the Internet.
