It's impossible to give you an answer for a couple of reasons-one is that there are several different versions of the i3 which all run at different speeds. Another is that which one is going to be faster also depends on exactly what you're doing with the computer. On some things the Ryzen 3 will be faster, while the i3 will be faster on others.
