No, this computer has a conventional hard drive and not a solid state drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In 3 different places in the description, you will see "1TB HDD." If this were an SSD, you would see "SSD" in the place of 'HDD." Also, in the Data Sheet, you can see " 1TB 5400 rpm SATA HDD." Only platter drives rotate. You could probably pay Best Buy to switch out the drive in place for an SSD, or possibly do it yourself, but that is another story.
