“Where is the windows product install key located? It isn't on the unit outside anywhere on a sticker and it didn't come in the box on a card, so where might I locate it at? thanks in advance for the help.”

• Thank you for your question! HP uses a volume OEM license for Windows, which you should be able to run right out of the box. You can contact HP Support with both the computer's product number and serial number and they can help you with your Windows activation key.
