Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.S Mode is supposed to be "secure," but I don't like it and turn off S Mode. You can find instruction online -- it's easy to do. The MICROSOFT SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION is open for dispute. I know someone with the exact same HP laptop who only got one month with hers, but when I open OFFICE, it says I'm good for a year. If anybody else knows the truth, please post here!

With came with the computer -- Office 365. In one area of the software information it states that I am good for one year. In ANOTHER place it says I have a month to try it out. I) tried to install my own version of Word from a disc but MICROSOFT wouldn't allow me to download some installer I've never heard of before, so I couldn't install MY copy of Word (I've used Word on multiple computers for twenty years. Be STRAIGHT with us, HP. (And it wasn't an S mode problem -- I disabled that.)
