• A:Answer Really, any of the current HP printers will work just fine. The right printer for you is going to depend on what you're printing and how many pages you'll print each month (obviously, the right printer for someone printing 20 pages a month wouldn't be the right one for someone printing 2000 pages a month).

Q: QuestionI purchased about a year ago. Never had issues until now. Laptop is up to date and it’s been SUPER slow, especially when I open Edge. How can I fix this or what is the issue? I’ve already restarted it and it’s resolved for a few minutes then comes back

• A:Answer Are you also running other programs while you're running Edge (or have a lot of tabs open)? Based on the processor and amount of RAM, that's the first thing I'd look at. You also might want to try a different browser to see if the problem goes away.

If you're interested in gaming look for the Omen laptops that are prebuilt with an i5 or i7 processor and dedicated graphics card which is needed when gaming sufficiently. • A:Answer Correct, this does not have the Chrome OS, it has the Windows 11 Home in S Mode operating system and it can not be converted to the Windows 7 OS.

• A:Answer It depends where "outside America" you're going. If you're talking about someplace like Canada, which uses the same electrical voltage and outlets it will work just fine. In other countries, you may need a "step down" transformer if their line voltage is 220 instead of the 110 it is in the US. You may also need an adapter to handle the different electrical outlets. Once you have those, you should have no problem.

Q: QuestionCan I install/use Microsoft Office 365? And Nurance Dragon Naturally Speaking software on it? Does it have duel headphone and microphone jacks?

• A:Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. Office 365 can be downloaded from the store and run, but unfortunately, Dragon Naturally Speaking is not available. It doesn't have dual headphone and microphone jacks-it has a single jack for both.
