USB A is the type of cable you are used to, USB C is a new "standard cable size" being introduced. It seems they are trying to make a slow transition. Your standard USB devices won't plug into it, the size is different but at least you will have it when they start to switch!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.USB C is the newest and will eventually completely replace USB A connections. A quick search online of USB C will show you what a USB C port looks like. It is smaller and rounded.
