This laptop has the latest technology to date. The AMD "A10" CPU is an APU, which means that is has a built-in Video Card inside the CPU. The video card is capable of playing up to DirectX-12 games or below, which means ALL new 2016 games and older can play. However, playing smoothly depends on the CPU/Video Card combo or the APU itself. I wouldn't recommend using this laptop to play the newer hard-core DirectX-12 games at max graphics options. I've included 2 screenshot of this APU's specs. RAM is DDR4 at 1866 speed and etc, and not DDR3 like what others who'd mentioned in here, ok. SEE ATTACHMENTS 2x pictures.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not positive about which types of games this laptop can play, but that AMD A-10 CPU is rated high, but you have to keep in mind, this laptop doesn't have a dedicated discreet graphics card in it, it has a tethered integrated R5. The higher ended graphics card that can play hard core gaming, which alone can cost the amount of this whole PC, like $300 for a top end Nvidia Card, is what you need to play hard core gaming. I'm sure it can play some games, but hard core? I doubt it, or maybe with the lowest settings available. IMO, anything under $400 isn't going to have a discreet dedicated graphics card, you need to go beyond the $700 range.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly, anything can run Minecraft. As for Call of Duty, the older ones? Sure, but the newer the game, the more likely you'll have to run on medium or even low settings, especially if you want higher frame rates. This isn't a gaming laptop by any means, but an A10-9600 with 6gb of ram should be able to handle most games, albeit at the native resolution (768p) and not at 1080p. You should probably aim for 30fps at medium to low settings or a mix of those. Older games will of course, run better, or even much better if they're more than a few years old. E-sports games like Counterstrike and League of Legends will run fine, along with many Blizzard games.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.with that AMD A10-9600P it should handle this games no problem but i would check on any of specs because different games have different specs
