• Thank you for your question about keyboard backlighting on this HP laptop! The keyboard is not backlit. The Envy, Omnibook, and Spectre series laptops all have backlit keyboards as a standard feature and they are sold in Best Buy stores.

• You can also just buy an external keyboard, or a "laptop light" (Google the term).
