• Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. Unfortunately, TurboTax isn't one of the available apps.

• It's recommended that you turn off S Mode before installing any software. If it's not in the MS store, it's not going to allow you to install it.
