Hello and thank you for asking. The HP 15-fd0005dx laptop bsattery life is rated as up to 8 hours and 45 minutes of video playback and up to 10 hours and 15 minutes of wireless streaming.

This means it is impossible to compare one company’s computer’s battery use vs. another (and even the same computer under different circumstances, as HP's answer seems to indicate). The best way to find this information is to search out reviews by trusted tech publications, where they give detailed explanations of their procedures, as well as comparisons to comparable models.
