• The price quoted on the day you buy the laptop is the price you pay, plus any taxes or shipping charges (which is usually free, at least in the contiguous 48 states). Your receipt and/or credit card charge will reflect this. Any advantage through a trade-in is COMPLETELY SEPARATE!

• Adding more information: I reread the listing, top to bottom, and noticed there is ALSO no mention of using your first-born as a down payment. You might want to check on this, as well.
