- Answer Hi Adam, thank you for the question. The SuperSpeed USB-C (5Gbps signaling rate) port on the HP15-dy2073dx does not support power delivery, as with a the laptops that have Thunderbolt 4 ports. You could use with a dock for the purpose of connecting to your peripherals, but you'll need to charge with the Smart Pin adapter unless low power charging is not a problem for you.

- Answer Thank you for the question. No, the HP 15-dy2073dx has traditional laptop architecture. It cannot be converted to tent or tablet mode.

QuestionI received an answer from the HP team that there is a fingerprint reader. After driving 1 1/2hrs one way to pickup my order, I get home and guess what, no reader! Why???? Totally frustrated and now need to make another trip to return it.

- Answer Apologies for what you're experiencing. The official HP Specification for this laptop - 15-dy2073dx (a link is supplied to the HP Team with each question) indicates that it has a fingerprint reader. Please reach out to Best Buy to confirm that this is the model you've purchased.

- Answer I don’t feel that way, my keys are not rattling. It’s a actually one of the better key boards I’ve had. So far my worst keyboard experience was with Toshiba.

QuestionHi, can google chrome be downloaded on this laptop because I really do not like using internet explorer? I am only asking because the previous laptop I purchased from HP was stating all types of threats if I did not use IE which made me scared.

- Answer Yes, you should have no problem downloading and using Chrome. Windows often pops up messages about using Edge (the browser that replaced Internet Explorer) but you can just tell that that you don't want to use Edge and it will eventually stop asking.
