- Answer You can download and use the Adobe Lightroom Android app but the Lightroom Creative Cloud and Classic apps cannot be used.

QuestionI am considering this Chromebook, am hestitating because I have seen that not all Google Play apps are compatable with the Chrome OS. Also, I would like to install the Amazon Appstore, which I can do on a conventional Android tablet.

- Answer You should be able to sideload the Amazon App store APK file, but you'll need to enable developer mode on the ChromeOS. You are correct that not all play store apps will work on ChromeOS. There is one specific app that I want to use, but the app creator will not allow me to install it from the Play store , so I would have to download the APK file and sideload it while ChromeOS is in developer mode.

- Answer It takes me about 1.5 to 2 hours to fully charge if I am below 25%. My battery lasts about 10-12 hours, but I keep it in sleep mode a lot of the time.

- Answer Yes, it's touchscreen. No need to disable it while using the stylus as that's how the stylus operates too...this has excellent "palm rejection", so you can rest your hand on it while writing with the stylus.

- Answer I own this Chromebook. The keyboard is NOT backlit. Please ignore any answers above to the contrary. That being said, the keyboard is EXCELLENT! I also own the Samsung Chromebook Pro, another premium Chromebook, and the difference between the keyboards on the two devices is substantial. I was never able to get over the mushy and cramped Samsung CB Pro keyboard, which was the only negative mark on an otherwise excellent device. The keyboard on this HP X2 is superior in every respect, and also is much better than any of the Microsoft Surface Pro keyboards that I have used. In other words, don't let the fact that the keyboard on this HP X2 is NOT backlit dissuade you from considering this amazing Chromebook. Unless you HAVE to have a backlit keyboard, this is now one of the BEST Chromebooks you will find. I have had mine for a week, and the Samsung CB Pro I own is presently listed for sale on Ebay, because this one is superior in every category that I really care about.

QuestionI lost my included stylus while on a trip. Any suggestions on a compatible, replacement stylus? I called Best Buy and a replacement isn't covered with my warranty. I also tried buying a "general" stylus elsewhere, and that didn't work either.

- Answer No, a Chromebook probably isn't the best choice if you are using Windows programs to do those things. But you can type letters with Google Docs which is built in, and print to any Google Cloud Print capable wireless printer.

- Answer I have not tried it yet, but you might be able to use VLC on Linux to play DVDs. You'll need to research this.

- Answer Sorry, I don't understand your question. If you need to download or access a specific online form then yes. This is a Chromebook designed for online use such as web surfing and streaming. It works best with Google products and apps from the Google Play store, if that helps.
