• Hello Lena! Great question! On devices with no dvd drive you can just go directly to the manufacturer's website and download the drivers for the printer directly from the site. It should only take a few minutes to complete the download and your printer will be functioning. Thank you for being an HP customer!

• did you try to download the software from the printer manufacturer website? If you can't do that you can purchase an external CD drive. They are not very expensive.
