QuestionIt looks like the screen has a film on it, but very hard to remove and I don’t want to damage it. The screen has a matte finish not shiny. Can I remove it?

- Answer Check for icon lower right hand corner. Switch on underneath—you will feel a raised button. It may take some getting used to.

- Answer Hi Ann, thank you for the question. This monitor is not Bluetooth enabled. "Free sync" refers to adaptive synchronization technology for liquid-crystal displays, not connection of the monitor to your PC. It's intended to reduce screen tearing and stuttering triggered by the monitor not being in sync with the content frame rate. You'd connect this monitor via the HDMI cable (use an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter for your Mac).

- Answer Yes you can but you might need an an adapter dongle from your MacBook to the HDMI port on the monitor. That’s how I connect old and new macs to these monitors

- Answer This monitor has an HDMI input. The Nintendo Switch dock does have an HDMI output that you would allow you to connect an HDMI cable to the monitor. This would allow you to play the Nintendo Switch on this screen.
