QuestionI want to connect 2 of these monitors to my computer. Each monitor has 1 HDMI Port and a display cable port, and I already have one monitor connected to my desk top. For the 2nd monitor to work do I connect a display cable from one monitor to the other?

- Answer display cables must go from the pc to the monitor. if your PC has two DisplayPort connectors, you would have two connections, PC to DisplayPort on Monitor 1and and PC to DisplayPort on monitor2 your PC mfr and graphics card mfr will have more info for you. you also have to configure Windows to support a dual monitor set up. There is a great deal of info on dual monitor setup on the web.

QuestionMy monitor doesn't work after 1 year of utilisation. It is now out of warranty. Nobody in my area (Sherbrooke, Qc, Ca) want to do the repair (even hp repair center). I want to do the repair myself, where can I find/buy a new boad (715G8642-m0e-b00-0h4k) ?

- Answer The best solution is to buy a donor monitor with a broken display, it would be the cheapest solution. Of course, you can always buy the main board on eBay, there’s a plenty of choices

- Answer This monitor has an audio out port in case you want to hook it up to a pair of speakers (with the audio being delivered via HDMI), but no, it does not have internal speakers.

QuestionI see that the description shows a displayport intput, but the spec listing only shows HDMI. Does this monitor have DisplayPort and if so, what revision?

- Answer I have two of these connected to my computer. I have a Surface Pro 3 with the docking station. If your computer has the capability to display on 2 monitors, you should be fine. Mine work great.
