We use these monitors in our office and we have not experienced any flickering. Works flawlessly.

Yes, the monitor is absolutely flicker free.

I have purchased 3 of these monitors now and I have had zero problems with them. I mostly play games and use graphic programs like Adobe CC and I have not noticed any flickering. If you get them and you do notice flickering just take it back to Best Buy they will fix or replace if you purchase the protection plan for monitors which is very low cost.
