Based on industry standards, covering 5% of the page with ink, the DeskJet 2734e will yield up to 120 pages from black and 100 pages from tri-color (standard cartridges). High-yield cartridges are available (67XL) and yield up to 240 pages from black and 200 pages from tri-color. Cartridges are readily available at retailers and are easy to replace. This model is also Instant Ink compatible, for ink cost savings of 50%, and 100% page coverage if you wish (good for photos). With Instant Ink, pay for pages you print, not the ink you use. A free 3-month trial of Instant Ink is included with this printer.
